Brooklin Potluck and Health Lecture - Dec. 2007
This exciting Potluck and Health Lecture organized by the Brooklin Seventh-day Adventists was a tremendous success. Of course, members were told that the potluck would be a "no meat, no dairy" event. The event lasted over 5 hours and the people wanted more.
Here's a few of the comments.
"Colon Health is vital, it will add years to your life. When we follow God's ideal diet for us we will enjoy life to its fullest. The presentation is excellent. You will gain a lot of knowledge. I will encourage everyone to get the information and follow each step." - Frances J.
"It was most refreshing for me to share the time with friends at a very important and timely lecture given to us by Vaughn and Jenny Berkeley. This lecture was based on a healthful lifestyle. Within the short time, I have learnt so much about how to care for my health than I have ever known! I strongly suggest that all who are interested in keeping a healthy body should engage in hearing these lectures. Thanks Vaughn and Jenny for pointing me to a better lifestyle. God bless you both in your endeavor." - Henry O.
"The presentation was all good, very informative, good video and an overall good presentation. This programme should be very well / easily accepted by adventists and non-adventists. I enjoyed the full presentation and learned a lot! Good Luck!!" - Dr. Garth O.
"[I learned] 1) The advantages of a raw food diet. 2) How important it is to have a clean colon; how it prevents diseases in the other areas of the body. 3) How cancer and heart disease can be reversed if we changed our diets from animal sources to a plant sourced diet." - Susan V.
